I am really not quite sure why we got this to review, as it is a 15 track compilation CD with Provogue artists ranging from Robert Cray through Walter Trout, Robben Ford, Beth Hart, Poppa Chubby and many others. As you would expect from such high calibre performers, there is nothing bad, and indeed there are some quite stand out tracks, (3 previously unreleased tracks by Bernie Marsden, Philip Sayce and Matt Schofield, so no rubbish there! The mix is enough to keep you interested, even if the artists aren’t all on your favourites list, well worth getting your hands on it if you can.
