The UKBlues Federation have been advised that the venue they’d hired for the 2020 UKBlues Awards has now closed for the foreseeable future due to the ongoing pandemic.
They have announced the following information regarding Tickets –
‘For those of you who have already purchased your tickets, TicketWeb have, we understand contacted you by e-mail giving details of the refund arrangements but in case you have not received this e-mail we set out the relevant text below:
‘’To claim your refund, please apply in writing to Ticket Web (UK) Limited, PO Box 798, Manchester, M60 1WU. You must enclose your unused tickets and comply with any other reasonable instructions from us. For accounting purposes, your unused tickets must be received within 28 days from the date of the cancelled event.’’
Thank you to all who had already bought tickets for your support which we greatly appreciate. Naturally, we are very disappointed that this has happened although we completely understand the reasons behind the decision and applaud Dingwalls’ management for their action.
We are currently looking at the feasibility possibility of putting in place a Virtual Awards event on Saturday 17th May 2020 with a number of high profile guests.
We will let you have more information about this as soon as we can but, in the meantime, please save the date and we look forward to sharing the results of the Awards with you.
