Canterbury’s acclaimed three-day festival of blues and rock returns this year to Woolton Farm, the home of Kentish Pip, boasting a remarkable array of British and international stars of the genres, including the very welcome appearance of Skinny Molly from Tennessee, who headline on Friday.
Joining them throughout the weekend are some legendary names such as Climax Blues Band, Dr Feelgood, Nine Below Zero, Maas/Moody Band featuring Whitesnake’s Micky Moody, Deborah Bonham, Geno Washington and many more, with the remarkable Elles Bailey, Mack and The Mentulls representing the younger generation of blues/rock rising stars.
The many and varied food stalls cater for all tastes and dietary requirements, and the two bars offer a wide-ranging selection of award-winning local real ales, lagers and, of course, Kentish Pip ciders and sparkling wines in their hugely popular Fizz & Strawberries bar.
Camping and glamping are available, and parking is free.
Tickets and full details are available on the website at www.bluesonthefarm.com
