LAURA COX ANNOUNCES MAY 2026 UK TOUR AND NEW ALBUM ‘TROUBLE COMING’

Celebrated guitarist and singer-songwriter Laura Cox has announced a six-date UK tour for May 2026, coinciding with the release of her highly anticipated fourth studio album Trouble Coming, out Friday 31 October 2025 via earMUSIC/VeryRecords.

Tickets go on sale Friday 31 October at 11am GMT via www.alttickets.com/laura-cox-tickets.

The UK run will see Laura headline venues in Edinburgh (Voodoo Rooms), Newcastle (Cluny 2), Bristol (Louisiana), London (100 Club), Manchester (Gullivers), and Nottingham (Bodega).

To celebrate the release of Trouble Coming, Laura will also drop her new single “The Broken.” Powerplay Magazine’s Mark Lacey describes it as having a “pop/punk vibe which is sure to be a live mainstay.”

In 2008, Laura began her musical journey posting fiery classic rock and blues-infused guitar covers on YouTube. Since then, she’s amassed more than 105 million views and 903,000 subscribers, building one of the largest followings in the European rock scene. Her viral success led to the release of her first two acclaimed albums Hard Blues Shot (2017) and Burning Bright (2019), establishing her as a force in modern rock guitar.

Her third record, Head Above Water (2023), saw Laura explore a more personal, mature sound while maintaining her trademark grit. Now, with Trouble Coming, she continues that evolution — revealing a more introspective side without losing the edge that made her stand out in the first place.

Recorded at ICP Studios in Brussels and mastered by multi-GRAMMY-winner Ted Jensen, the new album showcases eleven tracks blending classic rock energy with soulful reflection.

“Cox’s writing balances that deep classic rock heart, the kind that pumps Black Crowes and AC/DC through its veins, with modern punch and urgency.” – Rock News

From bedroom covers of Lynyrd Skynyrd to storming the stages of Hellfest, Download Festival, and Guitare en Scène, Laura Cox has come a long way. Known for her powerful stage presence and technical mastery, she continues to break barriers in a male-dominated genre — redefining what it means to be a modern guitar hero.

Trouble Coming will be available on CD digipak, standard black vinyl, and two limited-edition marbled variants (white/black and red/black), via lauracox.lnk.to/Album.

With her trademark blend of classic and contemporary rock, Laura Cox is set to prove once again that real guitar music is alive and loud.
