HOW LOW CAN YOU GO?
MARCUS LAZARUS
This appear to be the 6th album from Marcus, who despite the convincing sounds on the CD, currently is based in Watford! That never stopped Elton John did it?
11 tracks, 10 of which are self-penned by Marcus and shared credits with drummer Kev Hickman for track 10.
This is a gem of an album with nothing superfluous, no filler, no needless extended solos, just good, well thought out and presented Blues and it makes me want to go and check them out whenever we get this cockeyed world back to some semblance of normality.
In the meantime, just pour yourself a beer, bung this CD in the slot and chill!!
