The Black Circles From The Top

Hailing from Warrington, Black Circles consist of Sam Bractly on guitar and vocals and Martin Saunders, bass guitar and on this 4-track EP they are joined by Phil Wilson and Tim Harding on drums and keyboards. The opening track Gypsy Girl kicks off at a blistering rate whilst Bad Luck has slow melodic guitar riffs that are reminiscent of Bonamassa or Clapton in their heyday. The EP is engineered by members of The Hoax and shows their confidence in these boys. The final two tracks I’m Leaving and Stop Acting This Way are blues to be proud of.
