Miguel Montalban & The Southern Vultures continue 2025 UK headline tour

Chilean-born, London-based guitarist, vocalist and songwriter Miguel Montalban brings his band The Southern Vultures back to UK stages this autumn, continuing their 2025 headline tour presented by AGMP.

The run began earlier this year with dates in London, Wales, Kent and Lancashire. The next stop is The Half Moon, Putney, London on Thursday 25 September, followed by Joe Joe Jims in Birmingham on Saturday 18 October. Special guests for the London date will be Gallow Circus. Praised by Zakk Wylde as “one of the greatest young guitarists around” and hailed by Rod Stewart as “one of the finest in London,” Montalban has earned global recognition for his soulful vocals and dazzling guitar skills. His viral version of Dire Straits’ Sultans of Swing has reached millions on YouTube, cementing his reputation as a modern guitar force.

Since forming The Southern Vultures in 2019, Montalban has blended blues roots with explosive modern rock, building a reputation for electrifying live shows. Their releases, including And The Southern Vultures (2021) and Live in Birmingham (2023), have been praised for virtuosic playing and dynamic energy.

The band has appeared at Giants of Rock, Colne Blues Festival, and Nantwich Jazz Festival, and shared stages with artists including Samantha Fish, Marco Mendoza, Ricky Warwick, and King King. With new shows ahead and a growing fanbase, Montalban & The Southern Vultures remain one of the most exciting live acts on the circuit.
