Eddie 9V Drops New Single “Saratoga” with a Desert Disco Twist

Atlanta-based blues virtuoso Eddie 9V is gearing up to set the music scene ablaze with his latest release, “Saratoga,” dropping on Friday, April 26th, 2024. The track, which serves as the lead single from his upcoming studio album slated for later this year, promises to captivate listeners with its unique blend of desert vibes and disco undertones.

According to Eddie, the inspiration for “Saratoga” struck amidst the vast expanse of a western landscape. “We had an off day on the road, and I found myself on a random Air B&B porch, picking a riff I had been toying with,” he recounts. “As I scribbled down lyrics, a magnificent mule deer grazed before me, adding to the surreal backdrop.”

With its infectious groove and evocative lyrics, “Saratoga” transports listeners to the heart of the Rocky Mountains, where Eddie chose to record the album. “I wanted to capture that outdoorsy essence,” he explains, “and Denver provided the perfect setting.”

Hailing from the musical hotbed of Atlanta, Georgia, Eddie 9V has carved out a niche for himself in the blues circuit with his electrifying guitar prowess and soulful songwriting. Coinciding with the single release, Eddie will embark on a UK tour in May 2024, bringing his infectious energy to venues across the country.
