The Edinburgh Blues Club has announced an exciting addition to its 2026 live calendar with the upcoming performance of the Danielle Nicole Band, supported by Malina Moye, on Tuesday 13 January at La Belle Angelle.
Fresh from a string of accolades and high-profile collaborations, Kansas City native Danielle Nicole brings her trademark blend of gritty grooves, powerhouse vocals and raw emotional intensity to the Scottish capital. Her reputation continues to soar on the international blues circuit, having picked up multiple awards including Bass Guitarist of the Year from Blues Blast Magazine in 2024. She’s also received nominations for Contemporary Blues Female Artist, Best R&B Soul CD, and more – a testament to her dynamic presence both on stage and in the studio.
Nicole’s musical resume includes performances and recordings with genre heavyweights such as Brandon Miller, Walter Trout, and Kenny Wayne Shepherd. Whether through Grammy-nominated material or spine-tingling live shows, she has carved out a distinctive place in the modern blues landscape.
Joining her in Edinburgh is acclaimed guitarist and vocalist Malina Moye, whose genre-blending style and electrifying stagecraft promise a high-energy start to the evening. With both artists bringing unique flair and formidable talent, this is shaping up to be a night to remember.
Tickets are priced at £25 for non-members and are available now at:
