Milkfest returns to the O2 with Chris Difford, Climax Blues Band and more

Tickets are about to go on sale for Milkfest, the annual charity music festival held at Indigo at The O2 in London. The 2025 edition will raise funds for Dementia UK and boasts a stellar line-up of English music legends and blues favourites.

The festival takes place on Friday, September 26, with tickets available from September 5. A limited early release begins at 10am on Thursday, September 4 via Eventim. General on sale will follow on Eventim.

A line-up packed with talent

Closing the show will be Chris Difford of Squeeze fame. The bill also includes The Climax Blues Band, best known for their hit Couldn’t Get It Right, the UK Blues Band of the Year Brave Rival, as well as Beatle-sidemen Hamish Stuart and Robbie McIntosh. Rising star Alice Armstrong, named Blues Vocalist of the Year, also joins the line-up along with many more artists for what promises to be a day of world-class performances.

Festival organiser Adam Norsworthy shared his excitement:

“We are very excited for tickets to finally go on sale as we have a brilliant line up of great music all day, and we want to pack the place out to raise as much money and awareness as possible for Dementia UK.”

Alice Armstrong added:

“I am honoured to be a part of what is not only going to be party of the year, but an event in aid of such a powerful, important cause. Can’t wait to take part in something so special with such talented artists.”

Music for a cause

Earlier this year, Milkfest 2025 raised over £8,000 for The Brain Tumour Charity. This time, funds will support Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity. Every three minutes someone in the UK develops dementia, which is the nation’s leading cause of death.

Dementia UK provides support through its network of Admiral Nurses, offering life-changing advice and guidance for families affected by the condition. These services include a free national helpline, virtual and in-person clinics, and hands-on care in GP practices, hospitals and care homes.
